Client On-boarding Process

As we get started, we will need some important information from you, along with access to certain accounts. Don't worry, we will walk you through the process step by step.


1. Keywords

It is important for us to know what keywords you are looking to rank on search engines for. We have our own methods of keyword analysis and research that will generate leads, but it helps to know what you want to rank for, or already are ranking for.

2. Unique Value Proposition

Your "unique value proposition" is your company's unique factor that separates itself from the competition. We use this to understand your organization's identity so when we ultimately get your company published in blogs, the publisher will have something unique to say about you.

3. Bio

When we get press releases and article posted on blogs, we need a bio of whomever you want representing your company. Most likely this is the owner. You see this very often in blogs across the internet today, like New York Times or Buzzfeed. The final product looks something like this.


We also need you to upload a profile picture for the short bio, it should look something similar to the example above.

4. Google Analytics

We are going to need access to your site's Google Analytics. This is what we use to measure the results of our marketing over time. It also helps us analyze your user base to further target your audiences appropriately. 

Please use this step by step guide to grant us access to your Google Analytics account. You can also use this guide if you have not set up Google Analytics on your website.

How to add members to your Google Analytics

1. First sign into Google Analytics

2. Now click "admin" in the lower left hand corner. As seen below.

3. Next, click "user management" as seen below.

4. An overlay will slide out. Click the blue circle in the top right corner of your screen.

While contacting blogs to submit our press releases to be published, we have found that it is most successful to use an email with a domain name that matches the company. For example, if we were contacting a publisher to write about Tell Me Your Goal, we would contact them with a email. Over some time we have realized this is the most successful method.

We will need you to create the email: ("your domain" meaning the domain your company uses)

6. Hosting Account

Lastly, we will need access to your hosting account. This is to implement our onsite SEO. When we have access to you website, we can change it to be fully optimized for the web.
